Effective Date: 15 July 2026
Welcome to Inner Meadow Care (" Inner Meadow Care ", " we ", " our ", or " us "), an online mental wellness platform committed to making professional, ethical, and evidence-informed counselling accessible through independent qualified Mental Wellness Professionals. Our goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and professional space where individuals can receive psychological support while respecting their privacy, dignity, and autonomy.

Electronic acceptance, including selecting "I Agree," submitting forms, booking appointments, making payments, or continuing to use our services, shall constitute valid acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. For evidentiary and legal purposes, electronic records, emails, messages, online forms, digital confirmations, payment confirmations, electronic signatures, checkbox acknowledgements, and similar electronic communications shall constitute valid records of communication and acceptance to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Online counselling may not be appropriate for every individual or every concern. Where appropriate, your treating Mental Wellness Professional may recommend inperson counselling, psychiatric consultation, medical care, or another service better suited to your needs.
Participation in counselling is voluntary, and while it may be beneficial, neither Inner Meadow Care nor any Mental Wellness Professional guarantees any specific therapeutic outcome, diagnosis, recovery, or improvement.

The introductory chat is intended only to explain our services, answer general questions, understand your counselling needs, determine whether our services may be appropriate, and discuss possible next steps. It is not a therapy session,
psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, emergency service, or the establishment of a therapeutic relationship.
Scheduling an introductory chat does not guarantee acceptance as a client or the availability of counselling services. Inner Meadow Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where appropriate for legal, ethical, clinical, operational, or safety reasons.
If you choose to proceed with counselling, further communication, appointment scheduling, consent forms, intake documentation, payment requests, invoices, and related administrative processes may be conducted through approved communication channels such as email, telephone, messaging services, or other approved digital platforms.
